Child Welfare Appreciation Week: Lisamarie Vanmeter of NWF Health Network

Lisamarie is exceptional for child welfare for many reasons.  A paragraph can’t contain the ‘exceptional’ reasons that Lisamarie is exceptional to the child welfare workforce.  She is always very enthusiastic about helping case management trainees and staff learn and grow.  She not only works to develop case management trainees, but rather she continuously acknowledges those that have moved to get certified and all case management colleagues. 

Lisamarie brings more to the workforce than just being a trainer, as she always seeks to emphasize the well-being of staff and the well-being of the children and families that she serves throughout those that she works with. There is no colleague or client that crosses Lisamarie’s path, that won’t be acknowledged and helped if needed.
