DESCRIPTION:We are workingin a field that demands more than any one person can give.  Constantly being pulled in every direction\,feeling the pressure from the court\, the families\, the caregivers\, our directchain of command\, the State of Florida\, and the Federal government can only doone thing over time… drain us of the one thing we had in spades when we beganour careers… empathy and compassion.  Inthis field especially those two things are so incredibly important.   \n  \nThis learningcircle is designed to help us find ways\, big and small\, that we can make surewe are taking care of OURSELVES so that we will have the fuel we need to keeptaking care of our responsibilities in child welfare.  Come ready to think ONLY about yourself!
