NWF collaborates with Community Corrections re: Fatherhood Peer Program

Last week our Director of Program Development, George Baston, Peer Engagement Supervisor, Lyn Masslieno, and Criminal Justice Specialist, Christy Bertera, met with the Assistant Secretary of Community Corrections, Joe Winkler, Chief of Community Corrections, Sharon Davis, Region 1 Director of Community Corrections, Thomas Magorrian, and Region 1 Assistant Director of Community Corrections, Angella New, Circuit 14 Administrator, Dayton Lister, Deputy Circuit 14 Administrator, Deborah Miller, and Florida Foundation for Correctional Excellence members Erica Averion and Noelle Manasco to collaborate on ways to incorporate Fatherhood peers from our initiative in the re-entry process as well as other ways NWFHN can support Community Corrections through peer specialists.
