Welcome Saunders/Davenport Foster Family
When Thomas Saunders and Curt Davenport became foster parents, they shifted their hobbies from travel to a new love for gardening, playing games with the kids, and enjoying movie/karaoke nights. Their reason for fostering is simple: “We love kids, and we want to see the change. If children are really the future, then why not be a part of the change.”
They want foster parents to remember that you have a support system (Team) that you can reach out to when you can’t seem to find the right answer. With their family of 10, everyone asks how they are able to do it, and they respond, “With lots of love, patience, and structure. Believe it or not kids love structure.”
