Welcome Welch Foster Family
Valerie and Jason Welch were in the process of becoming licensed foster parents when a child in their community needed a place to live. They opened their hearts and home to this child so she could stay in her home community. This was two years ago and they have not only made a huge difference in her life, but many other children who have come through their doors. We are so grateful to them for saying yes over and over again!
