Community Relations Specialist C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Actively promote positive relationships between Northwest Florida Health Network and the community, to include clients served, provider networks, and stakeholders. To advocate for successful implementation of services and new initiatives where they intersect both professional organizations and individuals.

LOCATION: Circuit 1 (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa & Walton Counties)

SALARY: $60K Annual

Placement Manager C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:   Supervise all staff and functions, as assigned, related to placement of children in licensed care. Identify and assess a child’s needs and match them to the most appropriate placement where their needs would be met. This involves an in-depth knowledge of available resources as well as the child welfare system, and the aptitude to match a child’s distinctive needs to the least restrictive placement available.

LOCATION:  Circuit 1

SALARY:  $65K Annual

ME Youth Program Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Youth Program Specialist position is designed to support the development and effective implementation of a comprehensive behavioral health system which enhances the lives of adults, children, and their families. This includes care coordination, Community Action Team (CAT), Mobile Response Team (MRT), Behavioral Health Network (BNet), Wraparound, Evidence-Based Practices, and other youth related activities to promote effective prevention and treatment strategies within the 18-county area of the Northwest Region.

 

LOCATION:  Any location within the NWFHN service area.

SALARY: $50K Annual

 

Lead Adoption Specialist-C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Facilitate activities that promote timely permanency in cases where termination of parental rights has occurred. The position will ensure completion and achievement of key performance indicators related to children receiving permanency through the adoption finalization.

LOCATION:  Circuit 1

SALARY: $50K Annual

Training Specialist-C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  This is a highly responsible position where the individual will work with Northwest Florida Health Network (NWFHN) Training Team to develop, present, and track child welfare and Foster Parent/Adoptive Parent training consistent with all state and federal rules/laws. This position will assist in the development of training to enhance the Pre-service training to embrace the system of care initiatives; will participate on peer review teams for quality improvement; will assist staff in obtaining and maintaining child welfare certification; will require in depth knowledge and skills in case assessment, risk assessment, Florida’s Practice Model and the child welfare system. This position will be expected to obtain expert proficiency in the Florida Safety Decision Making Methodology and serve as a case consultant for child welfare staff. This position will be responsible for assisting in all functions of the NWFHN Training Department and will be expected to provide training services to staff in all service locations covered by NWFHN. The Training Specialist will research and seek out community partners and resources for conferences and specialized training to improve the NWFHN system and serve as a leader on local, regional, and statewide work teams and committees. The Training Specialist will be responsible for utilizing a data entry process to track all training and all trainee participation including all the documentation required for Child Welfare Professional Certification and NWFHN Quality Management.

 

LOCATION:  Circuit 1

SALARY: $59K Annual

Vouchering Assistant C2/C14

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Perform data entry activities and assure data integrity in child welfare systems (FSFN/CoBris) related to children in licensed care or under the supervision of Department of Children and Families (DCF)/NWFHN.  Perform and monitor vouchering activities to assure payment to foster care/adoptive providers, Independent Living (IL) Youth, Relative/Non-Relative Caregiver (GAP Program) and Child Welfare Providers.

LOCATION:  Circuit 2 or Circuit14

SALARY: $16.00 per hour

Director of Data Administration

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  The Director of Data Administration is responsible for collaborating with DCF, Circuit Administrators, CMOs, and Providers to achieve high quality outcomes through data drive decision making.

LOCATION:  Any location within the NWF Health Network service area.

SALARY:  $110K annual

Diligent Search Specialist C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Under general supervision, conduct diligent searches and provide diverse administrative support to Case Management Organizations and lead agency as needed.

LOCATION:  Circuit 1

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Fatherhood Peer Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Fatherhood Peer Support Specialist is an active member of the child welfare team and provides peer support services to fathers including those with substance misuse, to include co-occurring mental health challenges. Conducts outreach to jails, to the broader community, and provides education and ongoing peer support. This position is a grant funded position with initial funding being provided for a period of two (2) fiscal years. Funding for subsequent years may become available based upon program goal achievement and funding source availability.

LOCATION: Calhoun and Liberty Counties

STARTING SALARY: $42,000 annually

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under general supervision, provide diverse administrative support to Management.  To perform assigned accounting activities in an accurate and timely manner.  Require judgment and comprehensive knowledge of applicable operations.

LOCATION: Tallahassee

STARTING SALARY: $15.00 Per hour
