Operations Administrative Coordinator C14
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under general supervision, provide diverse administrative support primarily to the Fatherhood Initiative operations and secondary support to Circuit Operations and Independent Living operations. This role enhances program coordination by managing communication, scheduling, data entry, reporting, documentation and resource organization. This position requires an individual who is dynamic, energetic and shows initiative, exercises independent judgment and who can multi-task.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for providing essential support and organization for NWFHN by organizing and maintaining closed case files and archived files of NWFHN and contract providers. This includes closed files, archived files that by law must be saved and made available when requested.

Managing Entity Adult Program Specialist
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Adult Program Specialist position is designed to support the development and effective implementation of a comprehensive behavioral health system which enhances the lives of adults, children, and their families. This includes care coordination, and related activities to promote effective prevention and treatment strategies within the 18-county area of the Northwest Region.

Placement Specialist C1 & C14 (Multiple positions)
POSITION OBJECTIVE: . Identify and assess a child’s needs and match them to the most appropriate placement where their needs would be met. This involves an in- depth knowledge of available resources as well as the child welfare system, and the aptitude to match a child’s distinctive needs to the least restrictive placement available.

SALARY: $46K Annual
Senior Accountant I-GL (1 FT position & 1 PT position)
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position will perform assigned accounting activities in an accurate and timely manner. This position will assist with complete and final close of accounting records on a monthly and annual basis. Requires judgment and comprehensive knowledge of applicable operations.
