Kinship Navigator C2

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  To serve as primary contact and support for Kinship Caregivers during their navigation of the NWF Health Network System of Care. Assist families to meet their needs at the time of placement and initial the licensing process with families.

 

LOCATION:  Circuit 2

SALARY:  $35K Annual

Kinship Navigator C1

Foster Family Support Specialist C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Support and relicense foster families for children in licensed out-of-home care under the supervision of NWFHN/DCF.

Location:  Circuit 1

Salary:  $45K Annual

Substance Use Program Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Substance Use Program Specialist position is designed to support the development and effective implementation of a comprehensive behavioral health system which enhances the lives of adults, children, and their families. This includes care coordination, substance use, prevention, and child welfare integration related activities to promote effective prevention and treatment strategies within the 18-county area of the Northwest Region.

LOCATION:  Any location within the NWFHN service area

SALARY:  $50K-$55K Annually

Fatherhood Peer Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Fatherhood Peer Support Specialist is an active member of the child welfare team and provides peer support services to fathers including those with substance misuse, to include co-occurring mental health challenges. Conducts outreach to jails, to the broader community, and provides education and ongoing peer support. This position is a grant funded position with initial funding being provided for a period of two (2) fiscal years. Funding for subsequent years may become available based upon program goal achievement and funding source availability.

LOCATION: Calhoun and Liberty Counties

STARTING SALARY: $42,000 annually

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under general supervision, provide diverse administrative support to Management.  To perform assigned accounting activities in an accurate and timely manner.  Require judgment and comprehensive knowledge of applicable operations.

LOCATION: Tallahassee

STARTING SALARY: $15.00 Per hour

Operations Supervisor

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provide supervisory oversight of administrative supportive operations specific to child welfare delivery in assigned circuit.

LOCATION: Pensacola (Remote, Hybrid or in Office)

STARTING SALARY: $60,000 annually

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Identify and assess a child’s needs and match them to the most appropriate placement where their needs would be met. This involves an in depth knowledge of available resources as well as the child welfare system, and the aptitude to match a child’s distinctive needs to the least restrictive placement available.

LOCATION: Panama City & Tallahassee

STARTING SALARY: $46,000 annually

Budget Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVE:   Reporting to the Director of Budget and Financial Compliance, this position will supervise assigned Financial Analysts and Subcontractor Accountant. This position will assist with subcontractor and vendor contract budget development and will also assist with complete and final close of accounting records on a monthly and annual basis.

LOCATION: Any location in the NWFHN Service Area

STARTING SALARY: $80k -$85k DOE
