Service Center Liaison (2 Positions)
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Serve as the first point of contact for the organization by providing exceptional front-line service and administrative support. Under general supervision, the Service Center Liaison is responsible for managing incoming calls, welcoming and directing visitors, and performing a variety of general office duties. This role requires sound judgment, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of office operations to ensure efficient and positive interactions with clients, staff, and community partners.

Family Finder Specialist C1
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Acts as a point of contact for all related duties in searching for immediate and extended family members of children placed in out-of-home licensed care in the dependency system in the assigned Circuit and providing system navigation, as needed.

Payroll & Accounts Payable Supervisor
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position will supervise the payroll processor and the accounts payable vouchering/client trust accountant. This position will assist with completion and final close of accounting records on a monthly and annual basis.

Independent Living Specialist C2
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To ensure young adults who are involved in the dependency system have the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to transition to independence by providing case management services and advocating for their best interest. Independence should be promoted by supporting the young adult’s educational success, development of employment skills, establishing a network of supportive adults, along with an overall focus on well-being of the young adult.

Independent Living Youth Specialist C2/C14
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This is a support position to develop partnerships and programs which prepare youth in care to transition to independence and to succeed in one of the Independent Living programs for those who do not achieve permanency prior to turning 18. This position will be responsible for partnering with Case Management Organizations (CMOs), Foster Family Support Services, and caregivers to support youth in care to reach their full potential.

Inventory/Records Tech
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for providing essential support and organization for NWFHN by organizing and maintaining closed case files and archived files of NWFHN and contract providers. This includes closed files, archived files that by law must be saved and made available when requested.

Training Specialist C2
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This is a highly responsible position where the individual will work with NWF Health Network (NWFHN) Training Team to develop, present, and track child welfare and Foster Parent/Adoptive Parent training consistent with all state and federal rules/laws. This position will assist in the development of training to enhance the Pre-service training to embrace the system of care initiatives; will participate on peer review teams for quality improvement; will assist staff in obtaining and maintaining child welfare certification; will require in depth knowledge and skills in case assessment, risk assessment, Florida’s Practice Model and the child welfare system. This position will be expected to obtain expert proficiency in the Florida Safety Decision Making Methodology and serve as a case consultant for child welfare staff. This position will be responsible for assisting in all functions of the NWFHN Training Department and will be expected to provide training services to staff in all service locations covered by NWFHN. The Training Specialist will research and seek out community partners and resources for conferences and specialized training to improve the NWFHN system and serve as a leader on local, regional, and statewide work teams and committees. The Training Specialist will be responsible for utilizing a data entry process to track all training and all trainee participation including all the documentation required for Child Welfare Professional Certification and NWFHN Quality Management.

Vouchering Specialist C1
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Perform data entry activities and assure data integrity in child welfare systems (FSFN/CoBris) related to children in licensed care or under the supervision of Department of Children and Families (DCF)/NWFHN. Perform and monitor vouchering activities to assure payment to foster care/adoptive providers, Independent Living (IL) Youth, Relative/Non-Relative Caregiver (GAP Program) and Child Welfare Providers.

SALARY: $40K Annual
Revenue Maximization Specialist C1, C2 & C14
Multiple Positions.
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Identify and assess client and family needs related to the intake and placement of children placed in care or under supervision by DCF/NWFHN due to abuse or neglect by caretakers. Evaluate, coordinate, and ensure the proper federal funding source for each client is identified and entered into the system of record.

Fatherhood Child Protection Liaison
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Serve as a strategic liaison to foster effective communication and collaboration between the fatherhood peer specialist and supervisor and the child protection workforce. Ensure alignment of goals, facilitate resource sharing, and support the integration of fatherhood initiatives within child protection practices to enhance outcomes of the father and his child(ren).
LOCATION: Any location within the NWFHN service area.

Placement Specialist (Multiple Positions- Circuits 1, 2 and 14)
POSITION OBJECTIVE: . Identify and assess a child’s needs and match them to the most appropriate placement where their needs would be met. This involves an in- depth knowledge of available resources as well as the child welfare system, and the aptitude to match a child’s distinctive needs to the least restrictive placement available.

Fatherhood Peer Specialist-Multiple Positions & Locations
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Fatherhood Peer Support Specialist is an active member of the child welfare team and provides peer support services to fathers including those with substance misuse, to include co-occurring mental health challenges. Conducts outreach to jails, to the broader community, and provides education and ongoing peer support. This position is a grant funded position with initial funding being provided for a period of two (2) fiscal years. Funding for subsequent years may become available based upon program goal achievement and funding source availability.
