Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  This position will be responsible for the operational aspects of youth and adult care coordination at the systems level.

LOCATION: Circuit 14

SALARY: $57,500.00 Annual

Senior Accountant I-GL (1 FT position & 1 PT position)

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  This position will perform assigned accounting activities in an accurate and timely manner.  This position will assist with complete and final close of accounting records on a monthly and annual basis. Requires judgment and comprehensive knowledge of applicable operations.

LOCATION: Any facility within the NWFHN service area.

SALARY: $65K-$68K Annual DOE

 

Re-Entry Peer Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Peer Specialist assists and guides clients toward the identification and achievement of specific goals defined by the client and specified in the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
The work involves a variety of routine, standardized tasks that facilitate work performed by higher level providers. Work performed by the incumbent will promote community socialization, recovery, self-advocacy, self-help, and development of natural supports.

LOCATION:  Wakulla County

SALARY:   $43K Annual

Independent Living Housing Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To establish and maintain partnerships geared toward ensuring affordable and safe housing for young adults transitioning out of foster care into independence in the sixteen counties of Circuit 2 and 14.

LOCATION: Circuit 2 or Circuit 14

SALARY:  $55K Annual

Fatherhood Initiative Administrative Assistant

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provides essential operational, clerical, and program support to ensure the effective delivery of fatherhood engagement services across the region. This role enhances program coordination by managing communication, scheduling, data entry, documentation, and resource organization.

SALARY: $18 Per hour

LOCATION:  Any location in NWFHN service area

IT Desktop Support Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Provide technical support for NWFHN’s computer and telecommunication equipment including hardware, software, network equipment, and phone systems.

LOCATION:  Pensacola

SALARY:  $40K-$50K Annual (DOE)

Fatherhood Peer Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE:   The Fatherhood Peer Specialist is an active member of the child welfare team and provides peer support services to fathers including those with substance misuse and co-occurring mental health challenges. Conducts outreach to jails, to the broader community, and provides education and ongoing peer support. This position is a grant- funded position with initial funding being provided for a period of two (2) fiscal years. Funding for subsequent years may become available based upon program goal achievement and funding source availability.

Salary:  $42,000.00 Annual

Location:  Jackson County and Gadsden County

Diligent Search Specialist C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Under general supervision, conduct diligent searches and provide diverse administrative support to Case Management Organizations and lead agency as needed.

LOCATION:  Circuit 1

SALARY: $15.00 per hour

Foster Family Support Specialist C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Support and relicense foster families for children in licensed out-of-home care under the supervision of NWFHN/DCF.

LOCATION: Circuit 1

SALARY:  $45K Annual

 

 

Placement Specialist C1 & C2 (Multiple positions)

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  .  Identify and assess a child’s needs and match them to the most appropriate placement where their needs would be met. This involves an in- depth knowledge of available resources as well as the child welfare system, and the aptitude to match a child’s distinctive needs to the least restrictive placement available.

LOCATION:  Circuit 1 & Circuit 2

SALARY: $46K Annual

 

Accounting Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVE:   This position will supervise the accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate financial data to the Director of Accounting and CFO.  The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily accounting operations of NWF Health Network and be responsible for ensuring a complete and final close of accounting records on a monthly and annual basis. The Accounting Manager will assist in preparing and supervising the periodic audits of the agency’s accounts. Under the direction of the Director of Accounting and CFO, the Accounting Manager will ensure compliance with state, federal and industry standards.

LOCATION: Circuit 2-MLK Office

SALARY:  Starting at $90K Annual-DOE
