NWF Human Resources hold Meet and Greet in C1

Felicsa Sims and Carmen Geisel of the NWFHN Human Resource team traveled to Pensacola this week to hold a face-to face Meet and Greet with our Circuit 1 staff. Employees were able to talk with HR about needs they have, questions on various subjects and how the HR team could best support them in resolving any issues they may have. 

It was a relaxed affair complete with snacks and hourly drawings for prizes. Not only were circuit staff and the HR team able to become better acquainted, but members of various programs were able to interact as they all visited the event throughout the afternoon. 

This was a wonderful opportunity for staff to get to know their HR Team (and  each other), and for us to share our message that supporting all NWFHN staff is a priority for the HR Team.
