NWF Placement Team comes together for Training

On March 18th, the Circuit 2 & 14 team placement teams came together for their quarterly placement training. The training was to enhance their knowledge on all things placement and the theme was St. Patrick’s Day. The quarterly training, focused on community resources through NWF Connects, Placement Guiding Principles for assessing for the most appropriate placement and outcomes, navigating through FSFN and COBRIS, to gather pertinent information on the children and families we serve and peer development that focuses on self care.  The team focused on setting smart goals for the next quarter.
