Contract Monitor

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To perform monitoring of NWFHN Behavioral Health and/or Child Protection  contracts in order to manage risk, support efficient and effective performance and document compliance with all applicable federal, state, local and NWFHN regulatory requirements.

LOCATION:  Any location within the NWFHN service area.

SALARY:  $55K Annual

Housing Program Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Housing Program Specialist position is designed to support the development and effective implementation of a comprehensive behavioral health system which enhances the lives of adults, children, and their families.  This position serves as the Lead Housing Coordinator, focusing in the effective care coordination, housing coordination, and resource development related activities to promote effective prevention and treatment strategies within the 18-county area of the Northwest Region.

LOCATION:  Any location within the NWFHN service area.

SALARY:  $50K Annual

Warehouse Support Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for providing essential support and organization for NWFHN by organizing and maintaining closed case files and archived files of NWFHN and contract providers. This includes closed files, archived files that by law must be saved and made available when requested.

LOCATION:  Tallahassee (Tharpe)

SALARY: $17.00 per hour

Kinship Navigator C1

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  To serve as primary contact and support for Kinship caregivers during their navigation of the NWFHN System of Care. Assist families to meet their needs at the time of placement and initiate the licensing process with families. This position ensures timely background screenings are completed and renewed for all kinship families and provides administrative support to the Kinship program team.

LOCATION:  Circuit 1

SALARY: $35K Annual

Kinship Specialist-C14

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  License and support Level 1 foster homes for children in the custody of DCF/NWFHN. Ensure timely licensure of families and necessary support is provided as well as maintain data integrity.

LOCATION:  Circuit 14

SALARY:  $45K Annual

Sr. Accountant II-Payroll & Vouchering Supervisor

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position will supervise the payroll processor and the accounts payable vouchering/client trust accountant. This position will assist with completion and final close of accounting records on a monthly and annual basis.

LOCATION:  Any location within the NWFHN Service area.

SALARY: Negotiable based upon experience and skill level of successful candidate

Peer Specialist-Re-Entry (Multiple Positions)

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  The Peer Specialist assists and guides clients toward the identification and achievement of specific goals defined by the client and specified in the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).

LOCATION:  Circuit 2- Gadsden, Franklin and/or Wakulla Counties

SALARY:  $43K Annual

Fatherhood Peer Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Fatherhood Peer Support Specialist is an active member of the child welfare team and provides peer support services to fathers including those with substance misuse, to include co-occurring mental health challenges. Conducts outreach to jails, to the broader community, and provides education and ongoing peer support. This position is a grant funded position with initial funding being provided for a period of two (2) fiscal years. Funding for subsequent years may become available based upon program goal achievement and funding source availability.

LOCATION: Calhoun and Liberty Counties

STARTING SALARY: $42,000 annually

Fatherhood Peer Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under general supervision, provide diverse administrative support to Management.  To perform assigned accounting activities in an accurate and timely manner.  Require judgment and comprehensive knowledge of applicable operations.

LOCATION: Tallahassee

STARTING SALARY: $15.00 Per hour
