Meet LaShanda “Shan” Heatrice, Placement Supervisor in Circuit 1.
Shan joined the NWF Health team in November 2022, and has been instrumental in establishing her team within NWF Health. Shan works diligently ensuring youth are matched with the most appropriate placement, supporting our foster parents, and always being available to support her team. Shan’s work ethic is based in consistency, persistence, and determination. Those who have the opportunity to work with Shan always speak highly of her; the supervisor of another department recently shared, “She is always responsive and eager to help! She will even call me back if she misses my call!”
Shan embodies all the qualities of an amazing supervisor and colleague and we are excited to have her as part of the NWF family!
