Exciting News from NWF Health Network

We’ve launched our new Connects service with a successful soft rollout this week, and the response has been fantastic. Dr. Thomas Croom, Program Development Coordinator, and Travis Singley, Senior Customer Success Manager from FindHelp, our project partner, have been conducting ‘pop-up’ training sessions across C2 and C14. We’ve already reached over 70 staff members from NWFHN and partner organizations.

In our first week, staff from NWFHN (Foster Family Support, Kinship Care, PEER/Fatherhood Initiative, Multidisciplinary Team), Camelot Community Care, Twin Oaks, Anchorage Kids, Chemical Addictions Recovery Effort (CARE), and Wraparound, along with various county Sheriff Community Outreach staff, received introductory training on the service.

But that’s not all! Our Community Engagement team is actively involving our partner providers in the community for the pilot phase. They were busy attending the Winter Services Bazaar in Tallahassee on Wednesday, Feb 21, and will be at the NWF Health Connects Resource Expo on Wednesday, Feb 28 in Marianna.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to expand and enhance our Connects service to better serve our community!
