Flag Day is a holiday celebrated on June 14 in the United States. It commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States on June 14, 1777 by resolution of the Second Continental Congress. The American flag has represented freedom and unity for Americans and millions of others. Flag Day allows us to celebrate not only freedom but the symbol of it as well.
