Today we celebrate the incredible dedication and compassion of the NWF Health Network Nurse Care Coordinators, who work hard to ensure the well-being of the children in our community.

These amazing nurses play a crucial role in monitoring well-child checkups, immunizations, medical/dental appointments, and health risk assessments. They go above and beyond to provide additional assistance and support children with serious medical conditions or those at risk.
