Jackson County S.O. Recognizes Outreach Coordinator Stephanie Culbreath

Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) recognized Outreach Coordinator Stephanie Culbreath for her outstanding work and service to the community with the Administrative Biannual Achievement Award. NWF Health Network partners with JCSO to bring enhanced resources to law enforcement utilizing behavioral health funding to better serve individuals impacted by substance use and mental illness involved in the criminal justice system. The Outreach Coordinator Program allows JCSO to employ a non-sworn civilian to collaborate with the community to bring education and awareness to behavioral health needs and allows the Sheriff’s Office to become a place where people can seek help and mitigate the criminality of behavioral health needs.
