Jackson County Students Initiative to Address the Stigma of Mental Health

Girls of Pearls, Inc.– is calling all schools, clubs, churches, and other organizations to participate in a community event to Throw Shade on Mental Health Awareness. The Awareness Walk will begin @ 11:15a.m. to noon. Come to the Citizens Lodge 4574 Lodge Drive, Marianna, Florida. Gates will open at 10:00 a.m.

There will be vendors, activities & more with live performances, guest speakers and workshops on topics such as setting healthy boundaries, handling stress and emotions, Building Blocks to Self-Awareness, a Safe Space for Teen and Youth discussions, parent resources and so much more!
