Meet the NWF Human Resource Team

The NWF Health HR Team has accomplished a monumental task the past few months as we transitioned the Circuit1 Child Welfare contract to NWF Health!

Our HR Team consists of Felicsa Sims, Carmen Geisel and Frank Middleton. They have recently onboarded 125 new employees in a 3 month period and are still going strong. This level of growth is extraordinary for our agency. We are grateful for this amazing team and their dedication to expanding our workforce.

HR manager Felicsa Sims said, “none of this would have been possible without the support and patience of my team and that of our leadership team.” 

Way to go HR! We love our team!!!
