Meet NWF Vouchering Supervisor Shelley Miller

Shelley moved from Indiana to Panama City in 2003 and decided to go back in the work force full time in 2004 after staying home with her children.  Her first job in Florida was with Anchorage Children’s Home which began her career in child welfare.

Shelley has been with NWF Health for 13 years starting out as the only Vouchering Specialist for C2/14.  Shelley is now the Vouchering Supervisor for the Region overseeing all Adoption Subsidies, Independent Living Stipends, Foster Care stipends, Residential Group Care Room & Board payments, clothing vouchers while working closely with accounting.  Shelley loves building relationships with our Providers.

In her spare time Shelley enjoys crafting.  She likes to make home décor, treat boxes for family and staff,  greeting cards,  and her own t-shirts.  She describes it as “a great way to relax while having a feeling of accomplishment.”
