Social Work Appreciation Month: Jessica Morton

Meet Jessica Morton. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors in Social Work. Her current role at NWFHN is a Training Specialist where she has the privilege of teaching new Social Workers about Child Welfare and the experiences she has had over the years.

“I became a Social Worker to assist parents in navigating the Child Welfare system, making sure babies are safe and reunifying families. My end goal was to teach those behind me and I’m excited that my current role allows me to do that!” 😊  

Jessica enjoys ALL things outdoors. She enjoys lifting weights, and being a plant lady! She has over 100 in my home, it’s like a forest!
