Spotlight on the Mordica Foster Family

Felicia Mordica has been a licensed Foster Parent for four years. She has fostered 15 children during this time. Felicia is a Sergeant with the Tallahassee Police Department. Her words of wisdom for other foster parents are “treat and love children in foster care as if they are your own birth children.” She continues to be motivated to foster because she knows that the children in foster care need homes and hope for a better future.
