Spotlight on the Powell Foster Family

Rebekah and Stephen are dedicated foster parents who’ve had a positive impact on countless families during their fostering journey. Initially, Rebekah began fostering in 2017, and then Stephen joined her in 2019 after they were married. Over the years, they have cared for more than 30 children. Since the Powell’s began their fostering journey, they have also been able to grow their family through adoption. Their family enjoys swimming, going to the beach, park, hiking, camping, and the library. They are also close with their extended family, spending time each week connecting around family dinners.
