Heather and Louis Santiago are foster parents from Circuit 2 that have been faithful to their calling of being foster and adoptive parents since October 2020. They have adopted 3 of their children and continue to foster to give a loving home to children in need. Their hearts are big in adventure, quality family time, and Disney World!
