Spotlight on Whaley Foster Family

As involved members of their community, the Whaley Family saw a need for foster families in Franklin County. They have set a fabulous example of foster parents as they work hard to keep siblings together, support birth families in reunification, and work with system partners to support the needs of the children in their care.  Dana and Carlton stay involved in the children’s academics, spend extra time working with them to build confidence, and provide opportunities for them to have fun.
