Ravon Wattley is a positive and passionate person. She grew up with a great father that instilled a drive to focus on Fatherhood in social work. Ravon graduated from Grumbling State University in LA. and has dedicated 8 years to social work. She said that having both paternal and maternal parents working together is so important. One of her favorite aspects of social work is helping improve her families relationships.

Ravon says her husband is a great father and she is a military spouse. She has moved several times with his career which has given her many opportunities to work in different communities.
