Spotlight on Brittany Olson
Meet Brittany Olson.
Brittany started working in Placement in May of 2020 during the Pandemic. It was a very challenging time for everyone as everything was shut down and people were scared to allow other people to come into their homes. While working remotely, Brittany was able to build long-lasting relationships with licensed care providers and talk them through providing homes for children that were abused, abandoned, or neglected and who may also be COVID exposed. With the world in a state of emergency and crisis Brittany rose up to the challenge and took her rightful place to help these children have a safe place to call home. She has worked with some challenging youth with high needs and was able to take a hard situation for them and find them a safe place to call home.
Brittany has been a strong support for her team and is willing to help when needed- even as team members transitioned to new positions. She’s conducted many stabilization staffing’s for our youth and was able to keep them stable in their homes. Over the years there have been many children that Brittany has helped have a safe place to call home and we are super proud of the work she has done!
