Spotlight on NWF Placement Specialist Lisa Adams

Lisa Adams has been a Placement Specialist for over a year and is a great team player for circuit 2. Lisa is always willing to problem solve challenges with other specialists and often offers her assistance without being asked. Lisa shows great initiative by springing into action when immediate placement needs arise to ensure the children have a safe place to lay their head as quickly as possible.

Recently Lisa transitioned one of our teens from group care to a traditional foster home, his first foster home since coming into licensed care 3 year ago. Lisa takes pride in not only locating the most appropriate placement for the children she is assigned, but also building relationships with the foster parents who are an integral part of keeping our children safe.
